& Refunds.

Monthly retainer services

For services billed monthly, such as social media management, performance marketing and ongoing SEO:

• you can cancel at any time by giving us 30 days’ written notice by email;
• we will keep working until the notice period ends, and you pay for that period;
• fees for a month that has already started are not refunded, because the work for that month is planned and under way; and
• if you want to stop sooner, we will agree a handover date with you in writing.

Project-based work

For fixed-scope projects, such as a brand identity, a website or a content package:

• Before work starts: if you cancel before we begin, we refund your advance payment in full, less any third-party costs we have already paid and cannot recover.
• After work starts: you pay for the work completed up to the date you cancel, including any milestone already delivered. If you have paid more than that, we refund the difference.
• After delivery: fees for work that has been delivered and approved are not refundable.

You will receive the work completed to date once any amount due for it is paid.

Ad spend and third-party costs

Some costs are paid to other companies, not to us, so we cannot refund them:

• advertising spend on platforms such as Meta, Google and LinkedIn, which is governed by each platform’s own rules;
• domains, hosting, software subscriptions and licences bought for your project; and
• stock images, fonts, music, printing and other purchased assets.

Where we can pause or cancel one of these before it renews, we will, and we will tell you if a refund is possible from the provider.

When a refund applies

We will refund fees in these situations:

• you cancel a project before work begins (see above);
• you have paid in advance for work we have not started or delivered, and the service is cancelled; or
• we cannot deliver the agreed scope, and a reasonable round of revisions has not put it right. In that case we refund the part of the fee that relates to the work not delivered.

Refunds are not available for:

• work that has been delivered and approved;
• results you hoped for but that were not promised, such as a particular ranking, traffic level or number of leads;
• delays or changes caused by information, approvals or payments that were not provided on time; or
• a change of mind after work has started, beyond the pro-rata rules above.

If we need to cancel

We may pause or end a service if payments are overdue, if you do not respond to us for an extended period, or if the work would break the law or a platform’s rules. We will tell you in writing first wherever we can. Any prepaid amount for work we have not done will be refunded.

How to request a cancellation or refund

Email team.anarchiststudios@gmail.com with the subject “Cancellation request” or “Refund request”, and include:

• your name and business name;
• the service or project, and the invoice number if you have one;
• the date you paid and the amount; and
• the reason for your request.

For concerns about the quality of delivered work, please write to us within 7 days of delivery so we can fix it quickly.

Timelines and method

• We will confirm we have received your request within 2 business days.
• We will tell you our decision within 7 business days.
• Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Where taxes were charged on an amount we refund, the tax is refunded in the same proportion.

Your other rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable Indian law. If we cannot settle a concern together, the dispute terms in our Terms & Conditions apply.
