Our website and services

The Website presents our digital marketing, branding and identity, creative and content, and web and organic growth services. The information on it is general and is not an offer that binds us.

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work or agreement, which sets out the scope, fees, payment terms and deliverables. If that document conflicts with these Terms, that document prevails.

Using the website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• try to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected systems;
• introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code;
• scrape, copy or republish our content in bulk without our written permission;
• use the Website in a way that harms, disrupts or overburdens it; or
• send false, misleading or unlawful information through our enquiry form.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the Website’s content, including its text, design, graphics, layout and code, and the ANARCHIST STUDIOS name and logo, belongs to us or is used with permission, and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may view the Website and share links to it. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use our content commercially without our prior written permission.

Names, logos and work samples of our clients and other third parties shown on the Website belong to their respective owners and appear only to show the kind of work we do. Ownership of work created for a client is set out in our agreement with that client. If you are a client and would like a project removed from our portfolio, email us and we will take it down.

No guarantee of results

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, competition, budgets, market conditions and customer behaviour. The projects and examples on the Website show the kind of work we do. They are not a promise or guarantee of any particular result, such as rankings, traffic, leads or sales.

Fees and payments

Fees, payment schedules and any taxes for our services are set out in your proposal, agreement or invoice, and those terms apply to your engagement with us. Amounts are in Indian rupees unless we agree otherwise.

Cancellation and refunds

How you can cancel a service and when refunds are available is explained in our Cancellation & Refunds policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Third-party links and platforms

The Website links to third-party sites and platforms, such as social media. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. You use them at your own risk.

The Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the Website’s accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anarchist Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms or the Website at any time. Updated Terms take effect when they are posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If you keep using the Website after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any dispute-resolution process in a separate client agreement, the courts at New Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website.
