Who we are

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use our enquiry form, we collect your name, business or brand name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, your primary goal, your estimated monthly budget range and the project details you write. If you email us or message us on Instagram, we collect what you send.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the Website, standard technical information is collected through Google Analytics and your browser: approximate location (worked out from your IP address), device and browser type, operating system, screen size, the pages you view, how long you stay and the page that referred you.

If the form cannot send your enquiry, the Website may open your email app so you can send it to us directly. Please do not send sensitive information, such as bank or card details, passwords or government ID numbers, through the form or by email.

How we use your information

We use personal information to:

• respond to your enquiry and prepare proposals and quotes;
• deliver, manage and invoice the services you request from us;
• understand how the Website is used, so we can improve its content, speed and security;
• send you updates or marketing messages only if you have asked for them or agreed to them, and you can opt out at any time; and
• comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure Website traffic. It uses cookies and similar technologies to collect usage information, which we review in aggregated form. We do not use it to identify you personally.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The Website keeps working if you do.

The Website also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them directly from Google’s servers, which means Google receives your IP address.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us run the Website and our business: our website hosting provider; Google (Analytics, Fonts and Gmail, our email provider); and FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), the service that forwards enquiry-form submissions to our inbox;
• authorities or other parties where the law requires it, or where needed to protect our rights, safety or property; and
• a successor, if our business is merged, sold or restructured.

These providers may handle your information only to provide services to us, and they have their own privacy terms.

International processing

Google, FormSubmit and some of our other providers may store and process information on servers outside India. Where that happens, we use established providers and take reasonable steps to protect your information.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as needed to respond to you, to deliver and account for our services, and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. If an enquiry does not lead to work with us, we keep it for a reasonable period in case you come back to us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics’ retention settings.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information, including serving the Website over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:

• ask what personal information we hold about you;
• ask us to correct or update it;
• ask us to delete it;
• withdraw a consent you have given, which does not affect anything done before you withdrew it; and
• raise a complaint about how your information is handled.

Children’s privacy

The Website is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links

The Website links to third-party sites and platforms, such as Instagram. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please read their policies before sharing information with them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If you keep using the Website after a change, you accept the updated policy.
